Managing Director
Skye is the founding Manager of Cara Derma. With well over 10 years in beauty industry, she acquired skill sets that enabled her to be a successful skin & laser therapist, and business manager. Skye’s professional goal was to create a clinic where clients could receive results-driven treatments, in a setting that maintained a sense of luxury and relaxation, whilst feeling cared for, by experienced and knowledgeable therapists. Skye also wanted to create an environment that provides for continuous growth and development for her team; ensuring that her clients always received a level of knowledgeable service that exceeds the industry standard.
Skye quickly realised her passion lay within business management and thoroughly enjoys providing services in her local community. She sets realistic expectations of skin management and aims to build on knowledge and confidence when educating her clients and developing her team.

JESS
Advanced Skin & Laser Therapist
Jessica has been in the Skin and Laser industry for over 10 years. Upon graduation from The French Beauty Academy with her Advanced Diploma she fast tracked her experience, working for one of Australia's leading Laser and Skin clinics. During her time with this organisation, Jessica quickly became an expert in advanced treatments.
Jessica is passionate about results driven skin treatments and ensuring her clients achieve a happier healthier glow. "I am really dedicated to helping my clients become their most confident self and guiding them through their skin and laser journey. It's so crucial for me to educate my client and ensure they understand how to care for their skin to maximise results".
Jessica infuses her client's treatment experience with a happy and fun energy, ensuring everyone feels comfortable in her presence and leaves satisfied and pleased with their treatment.

Dermal Clinician & Laser Therapist
Saskia has completed a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor in Dermal Science ( Health Science - Clinical Aesthetics).
Her education has equipped her with extensive skin knowledge, allowing her to understand both external and internal factors affecting skin health.
Saskia is very passionate about skin health and beauty; she puts importance in taking care of her client’s skin journey and help them understand the root of the cause of the problem/condition to help them achieve healthier skin.
Through her extensive education, she possesses a thorough understanding of aesthetics, skincare, and wellness practices. She is dedicated to furthering her knowledge and approaches treatments with a holistic overview. With great passion, her goal is to provide a nurturing and welcoming environment for clients and help them reach their skin goals and gain optimal confidence.
